AUTHOR'S NOTE: It took
many sleepless nights to complete these food charts. Also it includes many hours
in libraries and a number of websites to collect the data. Since there are
very few laboratories who tests and examine Indian foods, it was very
difficult to gather all Indian food data. I have not only
listed Calories, but I have also presented other useful information like
Fat, Iron, Calcium, Vitamin, Carbohydrates and Proteins. I am cordially
