Diet to Loose Weight - Non Vegetarian

Being Calorie Conscious, You should follow the model diet which is low on calorie and high on protein. Indian foods are very much fat oriented, but I have selected a diet chart just to loose weight with Indian foods.

Time Foods
Early Morning 1 Glass Lemonade OR 1 Cup Tea OR Coffee Without Sugar
Morning Breakfast 2 Double Roti (Breads) OR 1 Bowl Daliya OR 1 Chapati along 1 Teaspoonful butter.
10 - 11 A.M. 1 Glass Lemonade OR Matthaa OR Tea Without Sugar
Lunch 2 Chapati,
1 Bowl Daal,
1 Bowl Curd,
1 Green Vegetable,
1 Plate Salad OR  1 Fruit
Evening Snack 1 Cup Tea (Sugarless),
2 Salty Biscuits / Cookies.
Dinner 2 Plain Chapati,
1 Bowl Meat Curry OR Fish Curry OR Chicken OR
1 Bowl Daal OR Green Vegetable,
1 Plate Salad OR 1 Fruit
Bedtime 1 Glass Milk (Without Sugar)
Oil OR Ghee 3 Teaspoonful for cooking only for the Whole Day!
